It’s time to get up close & personal with the lovely Sandie, another awesome, bum kickin’, super stylin’ team member here at Eggplant and Poppy.
Apart from being the queen of getting all the jobs on the weekly “shit” list ticked off, Sandie knows our little store inside and out. She has been with (aka putting up with us) for a while now, and it’s easy to say we would not be where we are now without her tireless help, wise words and constant encouragement. She is also an inspirational champagne drinker!
Now if Sandie doesn’t know you personally, she will know someone that knows you, or knows your 3rd cousin twice removed. A true Kiwi at heart (I know right…we even still like her and her strange accent??), raising two beautiful sons, Sandie is a bubble of sunshine who we are so grateful to have in our lives. What is your favourite thing to do in your spare time? Ride Horses or ride Motorbikes - actually sitting on the bike and feeling the vibration – can I say that?

Do you have any pets? Yes, German Shepherd so watch out
What is your favourite book? Jungle Book when I was a kid. mmmm Power of One by Bryce Courtney was pretty good.
At which store would you like to max-out a credit card? Mmmmm a store that sells clothes, shoes, cooks me meals and sells me wine. Is there a shop that does all that in one go?

What makes you laugh? Emma and Kirsty but my favourite would be inhaling helium balloons and talking like Frank Spencer (not that I have ever done that).
