Shipping 
Goods are shipped from us here in Cairns, Queensland, Australia. You can expect us to ship your order within 2-5 business days of receiving it in most cases.

Please allow longer during peak times and sales. Orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will not begin order processing until the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding QLD Public holidays 
You will receive an email from us when we ship your order, including a tracking number for your delivery. Please note that we use Australia Post & courier satchels to send orders & we use the utmost care in packaging your goods, however once your order is shipped it is no longer our responsibility. 


Eggplant & Poppy do not accept any responsibility for shipping times, and we cannot refund items that arrive later than required, with your tracking number you are able to view the status of your parcel through:-

Please allow extra time for post deliveries at peak times like Christmas and Easter. 
Eggplant & Poppy do not accept any responsibility for goods once they have been taken by Australia Post, including any loss or damage in transit. 
Eggplant & Poppy will not Refund or reimburse postage costs in such cases.
