Sam is the newest member of our crazy adventure here at Eggplant & Poppy & we are ABSOLUTELY thrilled to have her on board!
So, to help you all get to know how amazeballs she is, we threw some questions (some awesome, some completely ridiculous of course!) and here ya go!

What is your nickname? Sam (not very exciting is it?)
Where did you grow up? Born and raised in Cairns buddy
What are three adjectives which describe you? Small, (ludicrously) organised and creative
What is your favorite thing to do in your spare time? Photography
What is your favorite food? Anything involving chocolate or pastry
Do you have any pets? A corgi named Ruby and a bunch of fish (Fred & George, Macbeth, Wally and Mr Gustav)
What is your favorite book? Probably the Harry Potter series...but outside of that...no Harry Potter wins
At which store would you like to max-out a credit card? JB Hifi! (Think about it movies, to shows, camera gear, console games, vinyl...)
Favorite song/band/playlist of all time? (Oh god there is so many) currently The Paper Kites but growing up probably Huey Lewis and The News (thanks dad)
Can you play any instruments? What can you play? I'm actually in a band; Glider Pilots; I sing, play synths, drum machine and now real drums too
What makes you laugh? For some reason a really good impression of a character or accent can really crack me up
If you could each lunch with anyone in the world, who would it be? if we are including fictional people I feel like The Doctor (doctor who) would be ridiculously fun - who knows when or where you will end up
What, if anything, have you ever re-gifted? I think when I was younger I re gifted a pair of earrings as I didn't have my ears pierced yet aha
What’s the strangest talent you have? I can make a pretty accurate "quack" sound
Do you have any strange phobias? Not strange, the usual, heights, spiders...
If you could have any one superpower, which would you choose? Invisibility; you can get up on stage with your favourite band, get on a plane and go anywhere...but if you ever really needed to use it to save someone it's not very useful is it aha
What three items would you take if you knew you were going to stranded on a tropical island for a year? the most sarcastic answer is always "a raft" isn't it? So maybe instead... a helicopter, a pilot and a snack for the ride
Be in the movie of your choice, what movie would you choose and what character would you play? Any of the classic 80s John Hughes movies, which probably means playing a Molly Ringwald character no less (probably Samantha in Sixteen Candles - the name matches and everything)
What are you most excited about working at Eggplant & Poppy? Kirsty and Emma seem like my kind of people, so that alone is exciting; but being surrounded by art all the time as well!
