How to use a smudge stick, you ask?
To use a smudge stick hold the tip over a burning candle for around 30 seconds then blow out any flame and fan the stick with a feather or simply wave around gently.

To cleanse yourself, someone else or an object, swirl the sage wand gently around the person, from head to toe. This will cleanse their aura & remove any negative energy.

To cleanse your house or space; open the windows and walk through the area with the smudging wand, allowing the smoke to get into all the corners and under furniture.
When you are finished, place the smouldering smudge stick onto a fire safe dish and allow to go out. Alternatively to put out instantly, place direct into sand.

These Smudge Sticks are Chemical free. All of the sage is sustainably wild harvested and is not commercially grown.
