Your use of the Web Site or purchase of products from us constitutes your agreement to follow these Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them.

Eggplant & Poppy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice by posting updated terms of use on the Web Site. The Terms and Conditions that will apply to your order are the Terms and Conditions that are available on our web site when we accept your order. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions each time you purchase products from us or use our web site.

Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property: All content on this website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Eggplant & Poppy and may not be used without permission.
Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our products or website, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.


Goods are shipped from us here in Cairns, Queensland, Australia.
You can expect us to ship your order within 2-5 business days of receiving it in most cases.
Please allow longer during peak times and sales. Orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will not begin order processing until the next business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding QLD Public holidays

  • Door to Door Delivery - this is sent via our couriers or standard Australia Post. This is NOT express shipping
  • Express Shipping - is sent via Australia Post & in most cases, will be with you in 1-2 business days depending on Australia Post. We do not take any responsibly nor do we have any control at how fast your order will get to you.
  • FREE SHIPPING - please note that if you qualify for free shipping, it will be sent STANDARD POST via our couriers or Australia Post. If you need your order in a hurry, we highly suggest you select EXPRESS shipping at checkout.

You will receive an email from us when we ship your order, including a tracking number for your delivery. Please note that we use Australia Post and in some cases a courier to send orders & we use the utmost care in packaging your goods, however once your order is shipped it is no longer our responsibility.

Eggplant & Poppy do not accept any responsibility for shipping times, and we cannot refund items that arrive later than required.

Please allow extra time for post deliveries at peak times like Christmas, Easter and Mother's Day.

Eggplant & Poppy do not accept any responsibility for goods once they have been taken by Couriers or Australia Post, including any loss or damage in transit.

Eggplant & Poppy will not Refund or reimburse postage costs in such cases.

If you are a local shopper here in Cairns, and wish to pick up your order please select CAIRNS LOCAL PICK UP.

Note that payment is required in full prior to pick up, and the time & location is at management’s discretion.

Returns, Changes and Cancellations

We cannot offer refunds, exchanges or credits if you change your mind or your item is the wrong colour/size etc.

Once orders are placed via the Eggplant & Poppy website they are considered final. Should you wish to add an item after placing your order and before it is posted please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that we will not be able to refund your order should you wish to cancel or change it. 

Product Descriptions

All of our products on the Eggplant & Poppy website are described to the best of our abilities and using the information available to us at the time. Care is taken to ensure that this information is correct, but we cannot eliminate the possibility of human error in entry of information. Please keep in mind that colours and textures that appear on the screen can alter slightly to the real item.

We reserve the right to change any information including but not limited to pricing, specifications, descriptions, or product names without notice.

Hampers + Build Your Own Gift Boxes

All our hampers & Build Your Own Gift Boxes come with the items secured with shredded paper to keep all your goodies in place and are prettied up with wrapping bands & ribbons. This box is then placed inside another shipping box so that your inner box is not damaged. Whilst we endeavor for our packages to arrive as packed, once it has been sent to you we cannot take responsibility for any movement of products.

We always endeavour to fulfill your Hampers + Gift Boxes just as they appear on our website, with all the products that you see online. However sometimes some items are out of stock. If this happens, we'll replace any out of stock products with either a different scent or colour of the same product or a different product of the same or higher value. 

Earring Subscription Boxes

Our earring subscription boxes are BLIND BOXES - which means you cannot choose which earrings you receive each month.

We curate the box each month, and always try to endevour that you will not receive the same pair of earrings during your subscription duration.

Payments are handled via a safe third party app. We cannot see your payment details.

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive deliveries based on the duration and frequency that you select. (ie; 3 or 6 months)

Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each of these boxes. Subscriptions will not auto-renew.
You can re-subscribe at any time.

Your first box will be charged at time of purchasing. Subsequent boxes will be charged on the 28th of each month and posted by the 1st.
Payments cannot be reversed.

All orders received on or prior to the 15th of the month, will receive the current advertised box.

If ordered after this date, you will receive the following month’s box.

You can manage your subscription via the customer portal accessed via your emailed order confirmation.

Enquiries about your subscription can be emailed to – we will endeavour to respond within 48 hours (Mon-Fri).

Earring subscription box earrings are neither returnable nor refundable. If you believe your item is faulty please contact us as soon as possible for advice. We will repair, replace or refund items that are considered faulty, according to our requirement by law.


Please note that prices online may differ from those found in store of some of our stockists &/or market days. Prices online are exclusive of delivery charges. Prices are subject to change without notice.

All prices are in Australian Dollars.


Payment through our website is via paypal with your paypal account or credit card ie; you do not have to have a paypal account in order to pay by credit card. Paypal is purely a secure payment online method & covers both seller & buyer.

We also offer afterpay for order $50 and over. 

Items must be paid in full prior to arranging pick up of item/s.

All custom graphics, icons, logos and service names are registered trademarks, copyright, trade or service marks of Eggplant & Poppy. Any redistribution or reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form is prohibited.

You are solely responsible for obtaining written permission before re-using any copyrighted material that is available on this website. Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this website may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.

Please note that this website contains a mix of our own photography, plus also photography taken by some of our suppliers.

Eggplant & Poppy reserves all copyright and trademark in our website and in all documents and information on our website and reserves the right to take action against you if you breach any of these terms.

Use of Website & Services

We cannot guarantee that the website services will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure or error-free basis. We will endeavour to ensure the website is always available and virus free, however from time-to-time, and in some instances, this may not be the case as it may be out of our immediate control. We will notify the public if the website becomes unavailable for any lengthy and unusual time period.

We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us for any reason. For example, we may reject your order if we know or suspect that you intend to resell some, or all of the products specified in your order as a part of a commercial business. You may only place orders via this website for private and domestic purposes.

If you wish to stock any of Eggplant & Poppy’s products, please contact us directly via email or phone. We expressly prohibit purchases for resale and/or reselling any Eggplant & Poppy product as part of any business (including any online business) unless agreed in writing by Eggplant & Poppy.
