But did you know that Feb 13th is officially Galentine's Day?
That's right, a day for women to celebrate their friendship with their lady friends.

Here's a few things we had to say about our BFF:
What would you say the other's Best Attribute is?

Emma:
What Is Your Favourite Memory Together?
Kirsty:
There are so many to count - we are never not having fun together. But high up there would be our trips to Bali together, with our families & also just the two of us. Doing so much day drinking that you head to the beach to watch the sunset….. at 3pm....
Emma:
Oh where to start?? One that sticks in my brain and makes me laugh out loud every time I think about it: being stuck in a tiny 3rd world bathroom with an open drain, having to wash coconut, sand & chocolate off each other with a dodgy garden hose after picking the wrong day spa…the Balinese locals thought we were mad, we thought we might die.
Describe The Perfect Day For The Other….
Kirsty:
Emma would wake up early & have coffee & a huge brekky with smoked salmon. Then a day out on the reef diving. Maybe a walk in the rainforest or on the beach & a swim again. Doing some art & painting…. a couple of vodka, lime & sodas with a nibble platter. Finish off with a yummy dinner NOT cooked by her, with some cocktails and then hopping into bed for clean sheet night…. at 9pm.
Emma:
Start with a sleep-in with coffee in bed, followed by morning stretches & meditation with a sneaky pastry of some kind. Then barefoot in the garden connecting with the earth, surrounded by hatching butterflies & being delivered lunch by Dave Grohl on the ride-on lawn mower. Not a mobile phone in sight, some sweet tunes in the background & some occasional snacking on Allen’s Party Mix would top off the day in between pulling weeds and repotting plants. Afternoon G&T’s in the pool (Dave is now shirtless) with a delicious dinner of her Mum’s Chicken Schnitzel. Schitt's Creek before bed, with a quick journalling session to unwind, then hopping into clean sheets with her 2 treat-obsessed cats and Basil the dog. Ok, so maybe these activities could also include her husband Josh, but it’s going to be quite awkward for Dave...
The Best Part Of Owning e+p together?
Kirsty:
The fact that Emma & I share a brain. Literally. There is no way I could function in this business without her - we know what the other person is thinking, finish each other's sentences & are even known to text each other at the exact same time about the exact same thing.
She makes me laugh every day, and also makes me feel like I can do anything. Gratitude for her every single day.
