Meet Kirsty or Tiffany in IT as we know her here at E&P.
Co-owner, product-sourcing queen, tech tamer, and the
shop’s resident Crazy Cat Lady.
Kirsty is the mastermind behind the glorious goodies you see in-store and online. She’s got a sixth sense for finding weird, wonderful, and
oh-my-god-I-need-this kind of products — usually while glued to her Mac with a coffee in one hand and a cat in the other.
She’s also the tech wizard behind our website, social media, photography and anything that requires turning it off and on again.
When she’s not over-ordering books, or linen "by accident" (which then mysteriously ends up at her house), she’s designing our hilariously inappropriate greeting cards, DJing the store’s playlists like it's her side hustle, or talking about her cats like they’re tiny, furry coworkers.
She also has an uncanny ability to restock the grog cupboard and destroy Emma’s precious cardboard stash without leaving a trace.

Meet Emma (aka Glenda in Finance – it’s a vibe, just roll with it)
Co-owner, spreadsheet sorceress, resident artist, and queen of the
cardboard box kingdom.
Emma is the financial whiz and detail-obsessed superstar who keeps E&P running like a well-oiled, slightly glittery machine. From managing budgets and invoices to ordering stationery (and boxes) to making sure everyone turns up & clocks in — Emma is basically HR, Admin, and Operations all rolled into one glorious human.
She’s the creative behind the original artwork we sell in-store and makes some of the fab earrings you’ll spot on our shelves. – crafty with a calculator and a paintbrush. When she’s not balancing the books or covered in paint, she’s hoarding cardboard boxes like a possum with a vendetta, demolishing the staff chocolate stash, cracking everyone up with her one-liners, cooking questionably edible meals, and expertly half-finishing tasks with unmatched enthusiasm.
